IMPLEMENTATION PLAN OUTLINE:

    PHASE 1:  PLANNING AND PREPARATION

       LEARNING STRATEGY:

       3 MONTHS

       Conduct a need assessment to identify areas where blended learning and collaborative

        Communication strategies can enhance student engagement.

        Define clear goals and objectives for blended learning in the classroom.

        Assess resources, including technology tools, learning materials for teachers.

        Engage with students, teachers, parents and administrators to gather input to build.

     PHASE 2:  DESIGN

      3 MONTHS

      Design blended learning and collaborative activities into the curriculum

      Set up the platform to support the learning activities and resources

      Develop an assessment of summative strategies to measure each student’s progress.

    PHASE 3:  TRAINING

    3 MONTHS

    Provide Professional Development Training and Support for teachers to integrate blended

    Learning and collaborative communication strategies into their instructional practices.

     Ensure all technology is in place and monitor students’ progress.

    PHASE 4:  EVALUATION

     3 MONTHS

     Launch the activities and monitor them.

     Collect data on student engagement, learning outcomes through surveys, observations.

   Gather feedback from students, teachers, and others who are involved to identify any improvements that are needed.

   PHASE 5:

   3 MONTHS

   Secure funding and resources to sustain investments in technology and professional development and materials.

   Maintain a culture of improvement, review data and feedback.
