IMPLEMENTATION PLAN OUTLINE:

 PHASE 1: PLANNING AND PREPARATION

 LEARNING STRATEGY:

 3 MONTHS

 Conduct a need assessment to identify areas where blended learning and collaborative

 Communication strategies can enhance student engagement.

 Define clear goals and objectives for blended learning in the classroom.

 Assess resources, including technology tools, learning materials for teachers.

 Engage with students, teachers, parents and administrators to gather input to build.

Create goals for my students to be able to do blended learning and collaboration in the classroom.
