Am I an innovator educator?

I try to be but I lack creativity and have a hard time adapting to the new technology and changes. But I do teach them the new skills and try to come up with different ways to learn for those who have a hard time adapting.

Are you creating a learning environment where your students work is meaningful?

Yes most definitely, my students are learning how to do blended learning and communicate with their peers and possible employers. I have shown them ways to learn the skills in a way that they understand it.

Communication helps not only with their skills in the classroom but also in the clinical setting. The student need to be allowed to showcase their voice/opinion and if they do not know how to communicate properly it is going to lead to big mistakes in the workplace. We need to make sure that we communicate with one another so mistakes are not made, so our opinions matter and everyone is on the same page in the workplace and classroom.
